Great paragliding video: Safety course Annecy

These course is organized in an ideal flight terrain - Lake Annecy in France. It´s great for teaching nonstandard flight regimes (how to deal with it) and acrobatics. Pilots can try some aerobatic tricks (Sat, Ving Over, Asymetrik Spiral etc). It also offers a beautiful landscape for thermal flying.

3 pictures of my past, present, future

When I was a child I was always tiresome and naughty. My parents had to keep an eye out for me, because I was quickly and incalculable. I had very funny childhood, I have a sister, who is mostly like me. Our mother had to have plenty of patience.

I love cooking, I dare say I´m a very good cook. This love has begun in my childhood, I often helped my grandma with cooking and baking. The most favourite meal of mine was of course spaghetti. And I still love italian cuisine.

I have studied Thomas Bata University in Zlin since 2008. I study marketing communications, I think it was a good choice. It´s very interesting topic, I like mostly all subjects, my favourite is especially advertising. After I finish my studies I want to be a good marketing manager or creative director working for a well-known company, who earns a lot of money:)

My biggest hobby is paragliding, flying with glider, which is only a piece of cloth without reinforcement. It looks like a dangerous sport, but it isn´t (it´s only a little bit of adrenalin). There are more car accidents than paragliding crashes, a lot of people die on the roads. But I don´t know anybody, who died thanks paragliding. My dream is to have adventurous life with a lot of traveling, which belongs to paragliding. I want to have a job, which has something in common with paragliding. In our town there is a company of world importance producing paragliders. That´s a dream job – working in marketing department in such company.

I think I will get a well-paid job in my future. According to that I am going to travel all over the world. If I don´t have a well-paid job, I will travel nevertheless. It´s much more difficult, but it isn´t impossible. I think I will marry my handsome boyfriend, future paragliding instructor, and we will travel together to Australia (our dream) and exotic countries. We will fly there and discover new natural sceneries from the air. I´m going to learn other adrenalin sports on my travels, for example surfing, kiteboarding, in winter snowkiting etc.

In my old age I will live in small village in our beautiful countryside in the Beskydy mountains and I will breed wallachian sheep. I will engage in handworking, because I love it and today I don´t have time for it.

My opinion about modern educational methods – the Internet

Big changes happend after 1992, when the Internet started to work commercially. Today in 2010, the Internet is an enourmous medium, every child in modern high-tech society knows how to work with it. So there is a question, how to educate children to become literate in 21st century.

A lot of teachers have obsolete customs in education. Some of them don´t know computers at all. I think, this may be a problem. If they don´t adapt to the ever-changing needs of the students, it will be difficult to communicate and teach with their world in mind.

Modern children love computers, for example in the Czech republic, there is a new draft bill about school script. Our writing characters are old-fashioned and very difficult for today's children. New type of characters is called Comenia script, it´s mostly like a computer types. Maybe it is a normal progress, because our school script is about 80 years old.

Working with the Internet at school have plenty of advantages. We can work continually, solve problems and do homework at home. We are in contact with a teacher all the the time, everything is quick. We can find information immediatelly. We can also collaborate with foreign student at some projects.

There was an interesting quotation and I like it:

„We can´t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.“

But my opinions is that we can´t rely on the Internet at everything. At some point a computer will exceed the human brain. We are becoming to dependent on computers. A lot of people have the whole life on the Internet. The system maybe crash one day and the world will go crazy.
